For provincial and foreign delegates who are in need of accommodations near the conference venue, below are some hotel/s who are providing preferential rates for our delegates: 
Rates are inclusive of prevailing government taxes Corporate Rate Inclusions: § Daily set breakfast and lunch § Free airport pick-up for every hotel paying room, does not include pads 1& 2 and Bayanihan room. § Bath towels and toiletries are not included for Bayanihan room accommodation. CHECK IN / OUT TIME The standard check-out time is at 1200H and check-in time is 1400H. We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior this time. However, should your guests wish to check-out after the normal check-out time, a corresponding charge amounting to 70% of the corporate rates (inclusive of all prevailing taxes & service charge) will be applied. RESERVATION PROCEDURES Booking with Kabayan Hotel is made easier through our Central Reservations at 702-2700. You can call us at Tel. Nos. (632) 891-7878 or send us a facsimile message at Fax Nos (632) 8345562. We would appreciate receiving booking authorization letters to serve as formal reservations request for us to extend your discounted corporate rates. All confirmed bookings shall be assigned with a reservation confirmation number. All confirmed non-guaranteed reservations shall be held until 4 p.m. on the arrival date and after which time the room reservation will be released unless prior arrangements are made with our reservations office. PAYMENT & BILLING POLICY Unless a pre-approved credit facility is available, all payments must be settled before the check-out date in cash, company and/or manager’s cheque or credit card. Should payment be settled using a credit card, the Hotel will require a signed letter of authorization for Kabayan Hotel-Pasay to charge the account. Same letter should include a copy of the front and back portions of the credit card and a valid ID with same signature specimen.
